03/19/25: Water fountain was repaired.

03/12/25: The repair quote came back at over $5,000. We asked another company for a quote. The second quote came back at $2,800. The company is scheduling the repair. We are looking forward to get the fountain working again!

02/18/25: The fountain in the entrance pond was diagnosed today. We need to replace the pump and electric cable. We are working on it!

02/18/25: Gatehouse repairs are complete. We are now scheduling the cleanup and paint!

02/18/25: The gate barcode scanner is working again. Please make an appointment if you need to buy a gate device. Log into the owner portal to submit a Gate Information update request to update the phone number

02/12/25: OUC to perform work in power towers along their corridor inside the community tomorrow. They will replace the tower next to the construction later this year. Expect trucks, noise, and some houses closer to the power towers may also experience small vibrations.

We regret to inform you that Janice Wolek, a long time homeowner and resident in our community, passed away in January. We will have a community gathering at the playground during the annual meeting to honor her memory.
