08/27/2026: The gates will be opened on Saturday, Sept 5th from 1pm to 4pm for an open house. We do this as a courtesy for homeowners selling their property.

08/26/2026: We continue to follow up with the company that installed the entrance pavers for the repairs. We expect the repairs to take place this week.

08/25/2026: A light pole close to the 4-way stop was knocked down a few days ago. A homeowner called to report the accident (it's very appreciated!) and the accident was reported to the power company, who is in the process of replacing the light pole.

08/20/2026: We replaced some of the vendors providing services to our community. We are already seeing an improvement on the pond maintenance and landscaping.

Violation notices continue to go out. Please do not disregard these notices. Reach out to the HOA management if you need assistance with a violation notice.
